Cabrera Property Management will provide management personnel (a resident manager or a shift manager to oversee the entire operation). Our managers are trained to maintain customer satisfaction, handling all guest related issues and correspondence. Our managers are experienced, and we strive to make "shore hospitality" our main goal.
Personnel Management
Cabrera Property Management will hire, train and supervise all employees in accordance with New Jersey labor laws. Our location at the Jersey Shore gives us a large pool of employees to draw from.
Maintenance & Grounds Management
Cabrera Property Management will provide staff to oversee contractors, provide handyman services, oversee motel maintenance programs, capital improvements, start up and winterization, off-season property visits, and CPO certified pool management. Our company will maintain the highest quality of grounds keeping and operate the property in a safe and habitable manner.
Financial Management
Cabrera Property Management will prepare capital and operating budgets, coordinate all aspects of financial operations (bank deposits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account for monies received and expended) and provide reports requested by owner.
Sales & Marketing Management
Cabrera Property Management will coordinate brochures and website designs, perform market reviews to determine an advertising plan and secure group bookings/tour groups/packages and work with travel agents through our reservation services at Cabrera Realty. Our company has a large database of customers with which to promote and market your property.
